Be proud and enjoy the privilege of representing Ireland but do not let occasion pass you by.
Be ready to compete to the best of your ability with a strong and positive frame of mind at the right moment. Do not have any regrets.
Remember you are all part of a Team – contribute to the Team spirit as much as you possibly can.
