Transplant recipient Bridie Nicholson from Sligo town won Silver and Bronze medals at the 8th European Transplant & Dialysis Sports Championships in Krakow Poland. The kidney and pancreas transplant recipient won a Silver medal in the Petanque event at the Games on Monday.
