Athletes are stirring all around the hotel this morning as they prepare for day three of competition. There are those who will be competing and there will also be those who are there to support their team mates and everyone at the Games. The camaraderie is fabulous with friendships forming across so many countries.

Team Ireland member Peter Heffernan and Deirdre Faul are in action for us in the pool today. The competition does not start until 3pm local time (7pm Irish time) so results will be in late.
