1.  Download the app.: TeamApp to your device (It is free)

2.  Do a search within the App for Transplant Team Ireland. Sign up!

3.  You will receive notification when there is new content posted

4.  Make sure you get family and friends to sign up to the App. so they can follow the team when   we are at the European Championships in Poland in August.
