My training is going well as I will compete in both the singles and doubles in Pétanque at the championships in Helinski’.

‘It is great honour and privledge to represent Ireland and wear Irish Vest. It is also important I represent the Transplant world and show those on the difficult journey of organ failure that there life at the end of the tunnel. I also feel that it is one of the best ways of spreading the message about carrying a donor card and the general knowledge and information about the health of our nation and the prevention of organ failure. I am living testimony to the whole process of organ transplantation and the benefits of same’.
